Together, we can help young people co-create the future, not as token participants, but as the architects of lasting, transformative justice.
Back our young people and help them build a movement to tackle the most pressing issues of our time. Here’s how you can support The Advocacy Academy:
Systemic change requires resources.
When those with wealth choose to invest in youth-led organising, they help strengthen the movement and build a more just and equitable future for us all.
Significant gifts from individuals, alongside grants from Trusts and Foundations, enable us to build the long-term infrastructure that makes youth organising possible. We develop partnerships grounded in shared ambition and a commitment to lasting change.
By supporting The Advocacy Academy, you expand access to political organising for racially marginalised and working-class young people, and strengthen a growing national movement for systemic change.
Lets talk: fundraising@theadvocacyacademy.com

I remember meeting the first cohort of young changemakers from The Advocacy Academy nearly ten years ago – struck by the focus, energy, insight and hope each had for fighting for a future based on equity and justice. Since then, hundreds more young people have built their organising skills, created solidarity and designed and delivered campaigns — and created a community working together to shift power and win change. PHF remains hugely privileged to support this transformative work.
Head of Programme: Young People, Paul Hamlyn Foundation.
Let’s work together to support the next generation of changemakers.
We help businesses strengthen their social impact and diversify future leadership pipelines by working directly with young people most excluded from power.
We are keen to develop purpose-driven, bespoke, and mutually-beneficial partnerships. Key areas include:
Sustainability
We partner with businesses to support youth-led climate action through initiatives like Roots to Rise, a national coalition building the next generation of climate leaders.
Employment & Skills
We create pathways for young people to access meaningful opportunities, while supporting businesses to build more diverse and representative leadership pipelines.
Mental Health & Wellbeing
We believe supporting young people’s mental health requires cross-sector collaboration. We partner with organisations to co-create wellbeing initiatives.
National Expansion
We are building a critical piece of civic infrastructure in the UK. We’re looking for partners to support this expansion so that young people nationwide can lead change.
We offer a range of ways for partners to engage meaningfully, from employee volunteering and skills-based support to collaborative events, workshops and campaign moments at The Liberation Centre and beyond. We work closely with you to design experiences that align with your goals, connecting your teams directly with young people and communities on the ground.
Whether you’re looking to activate your CSR strategy, engage staff, or build deeper community connections, we’re ready to co-create a partnership that delivers real impact.
To speak to us about partnership opportunities, please contact Farah at fundraising@theadvocacyacademy.com.

Even £5 a month helps build the organising power needed for a fairer, more democratic future for all of us.
When you contribute, you’re investing in the long-term work of reshaping the systems we all live in.

Got an idea that could bring your people together? The Liberation Centre, our two-floor youth and community space, is ready for markets, poetry nights, film screenings, workshops or parties. As a Volunteer Fundraiser, you’ll help fuel the organising power shaping our collective future – while realising something you’ve been dreaming up.

The world is unjust and unequal. As economic and social pressures intensify, it’s easy to blame young people for a lack of civic engagement. But the truth is, it’s not young people who have failed to engage, it’s society that has failed to include them.
At The Advocacy Academy, we know that when youth organising is at the heart of change, young people build collective power and shape the decisions that affect their lives, strengthening our movements, communities and democracy.
We can’t do this alone. We’re looking for partners, collaborators, supporters and co-conspirators to back young people and build a movement tackling the most pressing issues of our time. Here’s where your contribution goes:
Developing Young Leaders
We provide hands-on training, coaching and youth work to build young people’s confidence, political understanding and practical organising skills.
Campaigning for Change
We provide strategy, facilitation and resources to build youth-led campaigns that turn lived experience into action and win change on the issues shaping young people’s lives.
Organising The Community
We provide open-access spaces, community projects and intergenerational organising that bring people together, build solidarity and strengthen local civic action.
Activating New Allies
We build national coalitions, incubate campaigns through our HOST programme, and develop strategic partnerships to build emerging youth-led campaigns and grow a nationwide ecosystem for youth organising.
