I've worked at The Advocacy Academy since 2017, first as the Managing Director and then in 2021, as the CEO. Previously, I worked in management consulting and venture capital, transitioning into organising after working with activist groups and developing social justice programmes in the USA. I'm currently focused on growing TAA sustainably, putting transformative practice at the core. I also sit on the Board of Citizens UK. I have an MBA from Wharton Business School, and a MSci in Mathematics from Imperial College London.
